How To Recycle Plastic?

Steps of plastic recycling:
Preliminary screening and crushing: The plastic raw materials are first fed into the production line through a horizontal conveyor, and then preliminarily screened by a suspended magnetic separator to remove metal impurities in the material to avoid damage to subsequent equipment. The preliminarily screened materials then enter the plastic shredder for preliminary crushing.
Secondary screening and fine crushing: The crushed materials are evenly dispersed through a vibrating screen, and then conveyed to the second magnetic separator through a belt conveyor to remove metal impurities again. After that, the material enters the fine crusher, and the material is crushed to the specified specifications according to customer needs.
Cleaning of floating materials: Materials that meet the size standards enter the separation tank with salt water as the separation liquid. The floating materials after cleaning and separation are cleaned by the spiral cleaning machine and the friction cleaning machine, and then enter the separation tank with clean water as the separation liquid for separation and cleaning again. The floating materials after cleaning enter the subsequent cleaning system for another cleaning and separation to ensure the high purity of the materials. The high-purity materials after multiple cleaning and separation are transported to the aggregate machine for collection through the fan.
Cleaning of submerged materials: The submerged materials are transported from the submerged material outlet to another separation tank through the scraper conveyor for separation and cleaning, and high-purity materials are also obtained, and are packaged and processed by the lifting machine and scraper conveyor.
The plastic recycling process involves multiple screening, crushing and cleaning processes, which effectively removes metal impurities and difficult-to-remove labels in the plastic, and significantly improves the purity of the recycled plastic. At the same time, it avoids damage to the equipment by metal impurities and ensures smooth production.
